Enjoy all today!  If Labor Day is celebrated where you are, we are into a long 3 day weekend.   Accounting and Small Business /Beverly Shares | Conquest Small Business Post | News to Use will operate through these next 3 days on a holiday schedule, and then back to full posting on Tuesday of next week.  Hope everyone, everywhere has a wonderful weekend, with or without a holiday to celebrate.

On a reflective note:  This follows a parallel of the personal relationship advice, “never go to bed angry”  ….   this should also be good advice for all other relationships (not bed, of course  :)   but if the relationship is valuable, reach out, think about what it will take to ”make it okay” and do that.   ”Making it okay” is followed with a sense of peace and great rewards on both sides.  Even if afterwards there are issues to still be worked through, the first step of soothing and smoothing is very important!  Remember the article yesterday, Take Ownership of Your Actions by Taking Responsibility – HBR?  Don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem.
