A note on the blog structure: one thing I did over the weekend was to remove the drop-down menus. This drop-down continuously confused everyone when the menu selected to an error unless you chose a sub menu — so, I removed it. Problem solved!! 
The archives of guest posts and archives of infographics that were previously a part of the drop-downs are now a part of the primary post archives.
