Now, I am going to sound like an out of date leader here — but, although I champion the concept, I have visions of trouble getting teams together, collaboration, etc. because some or one are not available most of the time. On the other side of the table, I absolutely remember my time as an employee, and then I would have LOVED this concept without exception!! Good read leadership and management. What do you think?
